ENGRAVING

OnPoint Lasers, Inc. products make exceptional business gifts when they are laser engraved with your company logo, text or individual names. Let OnPoint Lasers help you make your point to your clients or potential clients at trade shows, business meetings, or conferences perhaps during a product roll-out presentation. In addition to engraving directly on the laser pointers, many of our gift boxes can be engraved. These unique products are engraved at a fraction of the time and cost of going through a distributor.

ART REQUIREMENTS
We can work with your logo! Please read all of the instructions carefully before you send your artwork via email to art@onpointlasers.com.

• Upload your artwork along with the item number and quantity to receive a price quote for your engraving order withing 24 hours
• Send your camera ready artwork by email to art@onpointlasers.com in "Black and White" or grey-scale
• Size: For best results, we recommend sending your art 3x larger than the imprint size. Minimum requirement is 1200 DPI
• Fonts: All fonts must be included or embedded. Please submit screen fonts and printer fonts or convert type to outline
• Compression: compress files with Stuffit (SIT), BinHex (HQX) or Zip
• Software: create in Adobe Illustrator 8.0 Adobey or any ver of Corel Draw
• Extensions: please submit files in EPS, .WMF, or .TIF format

PROOFS
Electronic/fax proofs are available on all orders at no charge. Please state your approval requirements on your purchase order or order confirmation

Pre-Production samples can be suppliead at end column pricing plus set-up charges.
If you request a proof, your quoted turnaround time is from the date the proof is approved.

ENGRAVING CHARGES
The charge for engraving your lasers is added to the base price listed in this catalog or on the website. The price depends on logo size, intricacy, and the quantity of lasers ordered.

Please send your artwork and we will send you a quote within 24 hours. Quote requests submitted on Friday or over the weekend will receive a response on Monday. We cannot quote without having received your artwork.

PRODUCTION TIME
Normal production time is 2-4 business days after confirmation of purchase order and final approval of artwork. Please be suer to allow 24 hours for artwork approval and final price quote.

SET UP CHARGES There is a one time set up charge of $40.00 for each logo or line of text per locatation. There is no set up charge on re-orders using the same artwork - even if it is on a different product. We will keep your logo/artwork on file for one year; after that you may need to re-submit.
	MINIMUM AND VOLUME PRICING Minimum order volumes apply for all engraving orders. For orders below minimum quantity, please add $50 below minimum charge. Minimum order quantity for engraved red laser pointers is 25 units. Minimum order quantity for engraved green laser pointers is 10 units.
CANCELLATION POLICY All costs incurred prior to cancellation date will be invoiced. If quantities on order ar increased after production has been started, they may be subject to additional charges.
	SPECIAL CASES: Woodenboxes available for certain laser models only. Please ask about packaging options and engravability.
