WarrantyOnPoint Lasers, Inc. has a long standing history of excellent customer care. Our commitment to our customers does not end when our products leave the warehouse. All of our products are guaranteed against defects in material or workmanship. Working mechanisms, hardware and accessories are guaranteed against faulty workmanship for a period of one year from the delivery date. Warning label must be intact and there must be no evidence of abuse or disassembly of any part of the pointer. Claims under our product guarantee must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice or other proof of purchase.
